- ·Each request for specific services must be accepted by Traveler’s to assure availability and to confirm scheduling and whether special terms will apply.
- ·Published service rates do not include the price of the goods, taxes or third party services purchased on behalf of client.
- ·Full payment is due and payable at time of service provided to client unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Travelers.
- ·There is a one hour minimum for errands and pre-shopping requests.
- ·Personal checks or Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted through Paypal.
- ·Deposit may be required for large projects and spa service reservations.
- ·For services requiring more than one concierge associate, additional charges may apply.
- ·Cancellation of pay as you go services requires 24 hours prior notice.
- ·Interest will accrue on past due amounts at the rate of 10% per annum.
- ·All returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
- ·Published services and rates are subject to change without notice.
- ·Either party may terminate further services under this agreement by notice to the other party.
