·Each request for specific services must be accepted by Traveler’s to assure availability and to confirm scheduling and whether special terms will apply.
·Published service rates do not include the price of the goods, taxes or third party services purchased on behalf of client.
·Full payment is due and payable at time of service provided to client unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Travelers.
·There is a one hour minimum for errands and pre-shopping requests.
·Personal checks or Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted through Paypal.
·Deposit may be required for large projects and spa service reservations.
·For services requiring more than one concierge associate, additional charges may apply.
·Cancellation of pay as you go services requires 24 hours prior notice.
·Interest will accrue on past due amounts at the rate of 10% per annum.
·All returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
·Published services and rates are subject to change without notice.
·Either party may terminate further services under this agreement by notice to the other party.
