• ·Each request for specific services must be accepted by Traveler’s to assure availability and to confirm scheduling and whether special terms will apply.
  • ·Published service rates do not include the price of the goods, taxes or third party services purchased on behalf of client.
  • ·Full payment is due and payable at time of service provided to client unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Travelers.
  • ·There is a one hour minimum for errands and pre-shopping requests.
  • ·Personal checks or Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted through Paypal.
  • ·Deposit may be required for large projects and spa service reservations.
  • ·For services requiring more than one concierge associate, additional charges may apply.  
  • ·Cancellation of pay as you go services requires 24 hours prior notice. 
  • ·Interest will accrue on past due amounts at the rate of 10% per annum.
  • ·All returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
  • ·Published services and rates are subject to change without notice.
  • ·Either party may terminate further services under this agreement by notice to the other party.
